Todos Tex-Mex-Midwest Restaurant Mobile Ordering Experience App Revamp

This UI/UX project was created for Todos, a fictional Tex‑Mex and Midwestern fusion restaurant whose massive, eclectic menu made online ordering confusing, slow, and overwhelming for customers. Their goal was to streamline the mobile ordering experience so users could quickly find affordable options, browse by cravings, reorder past favorites, and move through the menu with less friction. As the sole UI designer, I led the full process: from analyzing user pain points and developing user stories to wireframing, creating a visual design system, and building a high‑fidelity interactive prototype on Figma. Through research‑driven decisions, usability testing, and iterative refinement, I designed an interface that simplifies ordering, supports customer needs, and helps Todos drive repeat and higher‑value orders.
