VINCO is a fictional energy drink brand created to compete in the Los Angeles market with a focus on natural fruit flavors and clean energy. The project challenged designers to develop a high‑impact label for a new “Kiwi Kale” flavor, balancing visual appeal with limited packaging space. The design emphasizes freshness and bold flavor through vibrant color contrast, dynamic composition, and clear hierarchy — ensuring the product stands out on shelf while maintaining strong brand recognition.

This magazine cover was designed for a fictional bi‑monthly publication centered on the six dimensions of wellness. For this issue, I focused on emotional wellness, using a calm, confident portrait and harmonious color palette of mint green and salmon to evoke self‑acceptance and inner peace. The project demonstrates my skills in Photoshop, particularly in using Calculations to mask intricate details like that of the model’s curls. As well as my understanding of typographic hierarchy by positioning the masthead, selling line, dateline, and structured cover lines to guide the reader’s eye while maintaining balance and clarity. Careful layout decisions ensured proper margins and space for the barcode, resulting in a polished, professional composition that reflects the magazine’s peaceful and disciplined tone.

This brochure highlights the outdoor sculpture installations at the North Carolina Museum of Art’s Museum Park. Created for an advanced image editing module, the project focused on refining photographic assets through cropping, lighting adjustments, hue/saturation balance, and camera RAW editing to achieve consistent color and clarity across all images. The layout was designed to showcase the relationship between art and environment, using strong visual hierarchy and clean typography to guide viewers through the park’s featured works. The final piece demonstrates how precise image editing and thoughtful composition can elevate visual storytelling in print design.

This project features a coordinated set of brand materials created for Nemo’s Pizza, a new gluten‑free and casein‑free restaurant chain in downtown Charleston. The goal was to develop high‑impact, budget‑conscious media pieces that introduce the brand’s personality while highlighting its inclusive menu. The collateral package includes a direct mail postcard, a one‑page menu, a social media ad, and a web banner—each designed to feel fresh, welcoming, and accessible to all audiences. Together, these pieces establish a consistent visual identity that helps Nemo’s make a strong first impression as it grows its presence in the community.

This project proposes a statewide awareness campaign designed to humanize refugees and highlight their cultural and economic contributions to Minnesota communities. Using a design thinking approach, the solution centers on storytelling: real refugee faces, real quotes, and real experiences. The campaign is built to work across both digital and physical spaces, with posters placed in high‑traffic public areas and social media carousel ads featuring personal success stories. Each piece includes a QR code linking to interviews, encouraging curiosity and deeper engagement. The mockups shown here represent the core visual direction for the campaign, combining approachable photography, clear messaging, and a warm, community‑focused aesthetic.

This brand identity project is for Sustainable Freeze Dried Foods, a small startup getting ready to launch their first line of freeze-dried CPG (consumer packaged goods) products. They’re all about sustainability and modern food innovation, but since they’re just starting out, they have minimal online presence and no established packaging system yet, so they needed a clear, unified visual identity to help them stand out. Their audience ranges from outdoor enthusiasts to busy families and eco minded shoppers, so the design had to feel clean, modern, and trustworthy across both digital and physical touchpoints.

My goal was to build a cohesive visual system that worked everywhere the brand shows up: on store shelves, online, and at tradeshows. I created three main pieces: product packaging, a landing page, and a tradeshow booth display — all tied together through consistent typography, a simple information hierarchy, and a signature green vertical stripe that became the anchor of the entire system. That stripe helped maintain a recognizable look whether it was on a pouch, a website header, or a six foot tall roll up banner.

One of the biggest challenges was making sure each piece felt connected while still serving its own purpose. Packaging needs quick readability, the landing page needs storytelling and conversion, and the tradeshow banner needs instant impact. I solved this by sticking to a shared grid, color palette, and type system, which kept everything visually aligned without feeling repetitive.

I chose this project for my portfolio because it reflects the kind of real world design problem I love solving, taking a brand with big goals and building a clear, user centered visual system that works across multiple mediums. The final deliverables include 3D packaging renders on a kitchen counter mockup, as well as short video of the packaging spinning showing all sides of the stand-up pouch, a landing page displayed on a computer screen, and two roll up banner variations (strawberry and blueberry) placed into a realistic booth scene. Together, they show how thoughtful design can support a product launch from every angle.

This project features a pair of promotional posters for the fictional hotel chain Athena Hotels, highlighting its pet‑friendly policy. Humorously reinforced by seamlessly inserting exotic animals (far from the typical pets anyone would realistically bring on vacation) into scenes of guests enjoying their stay, such as friends relaxing poolside with a capybara on a pool floaty and a woman unwinding in a lounge chair with her Mangrove Snake curled up on her rolling suitcase handle. This work demonstrated concept development, photo compositing, color and lighting adjustment, and thoughtful text placement to maintain visual hierarchy.

This project is a brand identity establishment for a fictional startup, Preferred Family Dental, meant to establish a warm, approachable visual foundation for a new small‑town practice entering the market. The challenge was to create a professional yet inviting identity that builds trust with families who may be meeting the dentist for the first time, and young adults newly free from their nest looking to establish care. My goal was to craft a cohesive look and feel that communicates ease, cheer, and credibility across both digital and print touchpoints. Through research, mood‑boarding, and iterative concept development, I created a blue‑based palette, for its calming effect as many are known to be tentative or anxious about going to the dentist, with yellow accent for cheer. I implemented friendly imagery, and playful, refined typography to shape a welcoming patient experience. As the sole designer, I led the full process from strategy to final multi‑platform application.

The Invisible Victims Alliance is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting male survivors of domestic violence and challenging the stigma that keeps so many men silent. Their audience includes survivors seeking validation, donors and government agencies who influence funding, and partner organizations working in domestic violence advocacy. Because male victimization is widely misunderstood, IVA faces a significant communication challenge: making the issue visible, credible, and urgent.

This campaign refresh builds a cohesive identity that balances strength and vulnerability through modern minimalism, intentional typography, and a refined color palette. I expanded the existing collateral—direct‑mail pieces, transit ads, digital ads, and community newspaper placements—into a broader multi‑platform campaign.

To strengthen visibility and accessibility, I added three new media pieces: an awareness brochure, a landing page, and a hybrid poster. The brochure provides space for deeper education and stigma‑breaking storytelling. The landing page serves as a clear digital destination for survivors, donors, and agencies. The hybrid poster extends the campaign into public spaces while also functioning as a shareable digital asset. Together, these pieces create a unified system that elevates IVA’s mission and demonstrates how thoughtful design can support advocacy, outreach, and real‑world impact.

This UI/UX project was created for Todos, a fictional Tex‑Mex and Midwestern fusion restaurant whose massive, eclectic menu made online ordering confusing, slow, and overwhelming for customers. Their goal was to streamline the mobile ordering experience so users could quickly find affordable options, browse by cravings, reorder past favorites, and move through the menu with less friction. As the sole UI designer, I led the full process: from analyzing user pain points and developing user stories to wireframing, creating a visual design system, and building a high‑fidelity interactive prototype on Figma. Through research‑driven decisions, usability testing, and iterative refinement, I designed an interface that simplifies ordering, supports customer needs, and helps Todos drive repeat and higher‑value orders.

This branding project was created for Uptown Taxi, a fictional local transportation service seeking to modernize its identity to stay competitive in a ride‑share‑dominated market. The challenge was to transform an outdated, traditional brand into one that feels reliable, professional, and appealing to contemporary riders. My goal was to establish a cohesive visual identity and communication system that clarified the company’s values and strengthened trust within the community. As the sole designer, I led the full process—from researching the client’s goals and audience to developing a modern logo, color palette, infographic, poster, and app home screen—ensuring every element aligned with the new brand strategy and supported a more polished, user‑friendly experience.
